An elegant late 19th-century heart pendant.
This lovely pendant is pavé set with cabochon turquoise to the front. The heart has a glazed compartment to the reverse with a silk liner. It is in great condition and would be beautiful as a pendant or charm. The turquoise stones are all believed to be original with some colour variation, consistent with the age of the piece. This does not affect the beauty of the heart.
It has a gold runner ring to the top for a chain or ribbon. It does not have a chain, but we can provide one if required (at an additional charge).
Era: Victorian, 1837 - 1901
Measurements: Pendant 2 cm (3/4") in length (excluding bail), 1.6 cm (5/8") at widest point.
With runner ring 2.5 cm ( 1") in length.
Pendant weighs 3.5 grams
Hallmarks: no assay marks - tests as 15 carat gold
